John Burnett
BankersOnline.com

John Burnett joined Glia Group, Inc., and BankersOnline in 2004, and currently serves as Executive Editor. He is a 1990 honors graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and is an alumnus of the ABA National Compliance School, where he served on the faculty for several years.

John began his banking career in high school when he started as a teller at a $15 million bank that didn't have account numbers for its checking accounts (he says they actually filed by signature!) He joined Cape Cod Bank and Trust Company in 1971 and assumed the position of Compliance Officer in 1976. He also served as corporate secretary and secretary of CCBT's Board of Directors, as well as Clerk of the bank's holding company.

He was a member of the Massachusetts Bankers Association Legal and Regulatory Compliance Committee, and of the American Bankers Association Compliance Executive Committee and NCS/NGCS Advisory Board. He is a regular presenter of BOL Learning Connect webinars and a presenter at BOL Conferences events.



Kimberly Boatwright

Kimberly Boatwright is EVP and Director of Risk and Compliance at Compliance Resource, LLC and has more than a two decades of experience working in the financial services industry. Ms. Boatwright is a well-regarded financial industry risk and compliance professional with a strong background in program development and implementation. She is a thought leader who specializes in Fair Lending, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC and consumer compliance. During her career she has worked for and consulted with all types of financial institutions helping to establish and evolve compliance and risk programs. She is a frequent public speaker, trainer, and author on compliance and risk management topics. Kimberly is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist




Maureen E. Carollo, CRCM, CAMS

Maureen E. Carollo, CRCM, CAMS, is Chief Compliance & Chief Risk Officer, SVP, for Old Glory Bank, based in Oklahoma City, OK., and has over 35 years of experience in the deposit operations, loan administration, compliance management, internal audit and BSA/AML management areas and holds the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation and the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification. She is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU in Dallas, Texas, and graduated with recognition for leadership. She serves on the "ABA Bank Compliance" magazine Editorial Advisory Board, where she has had multiple articles and columns published. She has also received an APEX Award for "Excellence in Publishing." She has been a regular speaker for the ABA Regulatory Compliance Conference, where she serves on the Advisory Board and was awarded the 2021 "Distinguished Service Award" for Compliance. She has also spoken at events for Marquis Centrax, CbanC and Bankers Online. She is also active in the Oklahoma Bankers Association, where she has been past Chairman of the Compliance School Board of Regents and has served on the Board for over 20 years. She is also a frequent speaker for the OBA's Compliance School and past speaker for their Operations School, Consumer Lending School, and Intermediate Banking School.



Rebekah F. Leonard, CRCM

Rebekah F Leonard, CRCM is the Director of Compliance for a $6 Billion community bank in Montana, as well as the owner of Elucidate, LLC, a compliance training company based in Miles City, Montana. Rebekah has been in the finance and banking industry since 1995, beginning in private-lending before settling into banking, where she's covered nearly all of it - from customer service and teller work, to loan processing and review, to security & business continuity, to ultimately overseeing CRA, BSA and all aspects of compliance as a senior leader. She has successfully navigated numerous FDIC Compliance, CRA, and BSA Exams. Rebekah has a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University (Magna cum Laude), attended the American Bankers Association National Compliance School in 2003, and has held her Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager designation since 2006. She actually likes compliance (really!) and enjoys sharing her passion of it with others.



Andy Zavoina

Mr. Andy Zavoina, CRCM, is an Executive Vice President and Chief Relationship Officer with the Glia Group, Inc., best known for its involvement with BankersOnline.com. He joined Glia and BOL in 2003.

Mr. Zavoina has been in finance and banking for 38 years. Over 20 years were with a two-bank holding company that had $534 million in assets, 89 branches spanning Texas and nearly 500 ATMs. He has done loan workouts, has been a consumer, commercial and real estate lender and managed those departments, as well as being his banks first Webmaster. He was responsible for compliance -management, -auditing, and -training for both banks.

Andy is a frequent webinar presenter for BOL Learning Connect and a key contributor to conferences put on by BOL Conferences, Inc. In addition, Andy teaches live presentations at state association schools and regional compliance organizations across the U.S. and has served on the faculty of national banking schools. He has written articles and lectured on many facets of compliance, the use of the internet and technology as a tool, as well as compliance in cyberspace.

Mr. Zavoina is a recipient of the American Bankers Association's Distinguished Service Award for his involvement and accomplishments in the field of regulatory compliance management. He is a past Chairman of the ABA's Compliance Executive Committee, the Editorial Advisory Board for the ABA Compliance Magazine and served as a member of the ABA's Compliance School Board. He also served on the Texas Bankers Association's Compliance Committee.

He is a graduate of the ABA National Commercial Lending School, National Compliance and National Graduate Compliance School and is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager with the Institute of Certified Bankers.
