Equifax Breach - What are the consequences?
An in-depth examination of the ramifications of the giant Equifax breach and the steps each financial institution should be taking NOW. What should you be doing? What are the compliance implications? (There are many!) Our panel will dissect this credit-related fiasco and what it means to you and will provide expert advice on tweaking policies and procedures to grapple with the reality that identifying information on nearly half adult Americans has been compromised.

ADA and websites
The Americans with Disabilities Act pre-dates websites and browsers, but that doesn't mean the ADA isn't applicable to them. It just means that determining what's compliant, particularly in the absence of Justice Department regulations, is more difficult. This is a hotbed of activity for litigation right now. We'll outline the issues and the fixes.

TCPA
We all hate robo-spam calls, particularly when they come to our cellphones, but the Telephone Consumer Protection Act is being used to punish much more than that. The TCPA contains expensive traps for the unwary, as financial institutions are continuing to learn the hard way. We'll update you on the latest developments.

HMDA - last minute preparations
Will the changes take effect as scheduled? Will there be delays or modifications? As the deadline looms, we'll provide up-to-the-minute information and advice that is detailed and indispensable.

UDAAP
Bankers learn what crosses the line between "This is okay" and "This is an unfair or deceptive act or practice" in bits and pieces as regulators turn their UDAAP spotlight on an ever-expanding list of objectionable product features, marketing tactics, or business methods. Find out what the latest permutations are.

Other enforcement actions
It's not all about UDAAP. There are plenty of other ways to end up the target of an enforcement action. You'll hear what sparked the latest actions and how you can learn from them.

TRID compliance challenges
Nearly 20,000 posts in the TRID forum on BankersOnline underscore the complexity of compliance with the Integrated Mortgage Disclosure rule. We'll talk about the clarifications and we'll round up tips gleaned from the discussions that have occurred since the TRID rule took effect to help prepare you for those one-off situations you may not have contemplated or experienced yet.

Fair lending and redlining issues
What's your REMA? Don't know? That's your first problem. Redlining cases are back in a big way and there is much for us discuss about it and other fair lending issues to help you steer clear of troublespots.

CRA
Where is CRA these days in the regulatory hierarchy? What are the expectations? What has changed? We'll examine the state of CRA compliance.

The latest developments on military lending
It's been months since the most recent set of military lending rule changes took effect and there have been some lessons learned along the way. With another set of changes soon to take effect, we will help you march to the right beat.

Mixed Bag
In this session we will discuss the latest issues with Ability to Repay, FCRA hot spots, post Wells checkup in your lending area, and more.

Update on flood compliance
The penalties just keep mounting up. What's going wrong? And what about the private insurance option? What's the scoop on that? We'll see where the current storms are in flood compliance.

Servicing trouble spots
With two big sets of changes slated to take effect to the mortgage servicing rules (and the compliance glitches that remain from the existing rules), we have lots to talk about with servicing.
